Very friendly staff nothing to much trouble, we stayed in the 6 person apartment and it was very clean and full of character will definetley stay again if I'm in Nottingham.

Staff and location to the City was very good -- lots of food stores nearby. Easy access to everything.
The price and location were very handy for the Robin Hood marathon weekend.

for breakfast the toast served up to us had mould on . my son noticed it as my friend was eating his absolutely disgusting put us right off we left stopped on trip home to eat paid good money for poor service on food .
The continental breakfast consisted of two loaves of bread, margarine, jam and some cereal.
No croissants or anything.
Room was booked as double but was single at best. Had to crab around the room, block door with luggage and bathroom was tiny.

Extremely poor breakfast, and ensuite room has shower and toilette
installed in room. Dirty towels which I left on floor to be replaced,
were just put back to their place and not replaced.

It was not clean, plus it was very expensive for the apartment we have shower dirty and carpets dusty not happy.
The room was very small, the beds not comforable, the en suite
facilities were microscopic! There was an odour of rancid frying pan fat
about the place. Breakfast was diy and poor. The fire alarm went off,
and no one knew what to do about it.
The hotel to small. Room smelt unpleasant,carpet not clean, shower head couldn't be fixed, bed very uncomfortable, only one tap worked on sink, breakfast very poor.
