  I have now stayed at Sprowston Manor a number of times and the cost reflects what you would expect from a high end establishment. I cannot fault the hotel, the staff being particularly friendly and helpful.   We were upgraded to a Deluxe room......it was a superb room; ground floor with french windows leading to small patio area. The room was beatifully furnished, well equipped and exceptionally clean. The breakfast dining area was bright and sunny.... - A lovely environment around the hotel. I wished that I had my golf clubs with me.Very good service from all staff. We had a nice meal, reasonably priced, in the restaurant, [La Fontaine]. We were upgraded to a suite, perhaps because I had asked for a large bed. The bars were very charming, looking out onto a beautiful garden with impossibly green grass.
