  I always choose an apartment over a hotel when travelling with work, and I've learned to accept that they vary enormously in quality and value for money. This apartment was quite simply the best of both. There's also an excellent organic ca - We paid extra for parking and car was in a electric gated car park opposite the apartment. Met on arrival and shown to our room. Tim was very friendly and happy to help. He provided us with all details we needed key, WiFi code, and offered us a map of local area. It was a nice touch to see that there was milk, a few of cans of coke, sparkling and still water, mini bottle of wine and a beer in the fridge. There were also tea/coffee, biscuits and a some mini cereal boxes. More than enough to tide

  The rooms are very modern and kept very clean, the hotel staff were excellent, very helpful and polite, the overall experience was great. would definately stay at The Holiday Inn Norwich City again and would reccomend. - Friendly staff, excellent food, cleanliness of room. Great area for shopping and eating out.

  Reception staff were excellent and always busy booking in or checking out guests in, with a smile on there faces and a credit to hotel Management.   Everything was fantastic! The room was really clean, bathroom was fantastic, bed was so comfortable and the breakfast was really nice. The staff were really accomodating.
