My son (4 years old) and myself really enjoyed our stay in the park inn.. When we checked in we were giving a room on the 3rd floor when I went up I realised there was no bath in the room which for my son is essential so I asked at reception if we could be changed and they changed us to the 5th floor straight away which I was very grateful for. We only stayed for one night as we had tickets for the Peter Gabriel concert at the Phones4U Arena. The hotel was perfectly situated for both the arena and access to all the delights Manchester shopping and culture has to offer - and we would not have known there was a National Museum of Football in the country if we hadn't scanned the helpful literature placed in our room. A beautiful hotel with an imposing entrance. Our bedroom room was spacious and very attractive. The Midland is right in centre. Surrounded by cafes bars and theatres. The attitude & manner of all the staff I had contact with was first class. Initially I was given a smoking room, so I returned to reception to comment (not complain) & the member of staff immediately allocated me another room on a different floor. This happened to be an upgrade as well, so I was even more impressed. All the facilities I used were a

I shall use the hotel again & I shall recommend this hotel aswell. - when staying at the hotel my boyfriend and i really enjoyed are selfs we went for my birthday and everyone at the hotel treated us like royalty and there nothing they didnt do for us! they made my birthday very special and memerable!! i would definatly recommed it to any one!

Room massive and very comfortable felt very posh. staff were more than kind and with us in no time to help us with the safe that we lock by accdient. price was very reasonable for the standard. I will definately be returing to this hotel and spa.

i have syayed in a lot of hotels because of work, and this was the most comfortable clean and with very accomodating and friendly staff worth every penny - The stay got better the longer we were there. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly.

Stayed in the Eclectic Villa room, beautifully designed and spacious. Roll top bath in toom, with option to dim lights. DAB radio, dvd player and tv for those chosing to stay in and romance. Perfect setting!
Wonderful breakfast menu, including full Irish option! Small charge for breakfast room service, but well worth it.
Massive bed, beautiful quirky design throughout the hotel. Smoking/bar terrace with heaters and garden furniture downstairs.
Late check out till 3pm for extra £25!

The apartment was just as advertised. It was very clean and spacious and had everything you needed for a short or long term stay. It was a little difficult to find but we were soon given directions over the phone. Would definitely use again. - Me and my partner stayed at the hotel we thought it was very lush and enjoyed our stay, will probably stay
