The staff we very helpful and made sure we had everything we asked for. Thye were pleasant, polite and helpful. This hotel is a 5 minute walk from the railway station and two minutes from the centre of Manchester and you will go through or past canal street on the way - The staff were so helpful and nothing too much trouble for them. Everything was excellent about this stay. we were a group of 4 girls going out to a concert and were given ajoining rooms which was fab!! staff were very helpfull in booking us a taxi into manchester and bar staff very nice too. Breakfast was top!! Couldn't have been better. we were all very pleased with our stay. - The whole experience - location

The staff were just great, so helpful. It was fantastic the fact that we were able to leave our luggage with you for a couple of hours till check in time, most hotels do not offer such a service or if they do there's a charge. The hotel is off the M60 at junction 19 and just along the main road on the left, very easy to find. The receptionist at check out is a really cheerful friendly guy and a great asset to the hotel. Everything but you do need a car to get to every where. Very Nice Staff and Location and really impressed with the quality of facilities.We stayed at the Brittania Hotel Manchester for 3 Days prior and it was more expensive and did not compare with the quality of simple things like fitting and Bathroom layout.

I have stayed here before and if the price is still ok I will stay next time I am in england. The hotel is clean the staff are pleasant and effıcient. - I really enjoyed relaxing in the whirlpool bath. The food was great, You can truly relax here more often at these prices, thank you.

The Ivy Mount guest house was booked at the last minute, as I normally stay in the larger well known city centre hotels.
