The breakfast was great considering it's free. There was lots of parking available. The staff were really nice and helped direct me to where i needed to go. The rooms are very clean and got a great rate! - It was very comfortable and clean and staff were friendly. We had a very pleasant stay

Reception staff were brilliant.Rooms were very clean with everything you need.Bathroom excellent,great lcd tv on wall. I stayed at this hotel for the first time on 27th July 13. I was extremely impressed by the staff's professionalism, care and good humour. The room was perfect, plenty of coffee/tee, clean and spacious. Highly recommended and I will be back for sure. -

Firstly, there are 3 Premier Inns within walking distance of each other
and I went to the wrong one. The receptionist at the first Inn was
friendly and polite and looked up my reservation (with no booking
number) and pointed me in the right direction to the Inn that I had

The staff were really lovely and pleasant, my room was very clean and very comfortable, and I got a brilliant nights sleep without any disturbances. I have stayed with premier inn before in Cheadle and the staff there were amazing, I was very happy with my experience I wouldnt go anywhere else. -

The staff were amazing.They enquired about our comfort/happiness at every opportunity,provided an ironing board and iron with smiles and willingly gave us an emergency safety pin for my daughters blouse( she was in Salford for a university interview) They even wished her luck on the way out.Jim even asked how we were when we were next door having

It was in a very good location and in walking distance to Manchester Central Convention Center. It took 5 minutes to go there. Taxis, public busses, trams were all available depending where I wanted to go. There were many places to have a meal around the hotel. Piccadily area and station were not far away. The hotel was very quiet and comfortable. I slept very well for the 5 nights of accomodation. Almost no noise at all. The personel was kind and friendly. The breakfast was nice.

We had booked our stay to coincide with the Take That concert held at Old Trafford Cricket ground, the hotel had made arrangements with a local taxi company to have a service of mini buses running to the venue from the hotel and back again this was excellent for us and made the experience so much easier as we don't know the area very well and it ma

The location was fantastic as it was easy to access the Trafford Centre which was only a short walk away. The breakfast was delicious (with a huge range to choose from) and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be staying at the hotel again and recommending it to others.

The apartments are ideal for large groups of young people. We had an apartment of 12 which although there was a few sofa beds there was adequate space to have drinks before we went out and room enough for us all to sleep. Really convenient hotel in central Manchester. It was really clean, and
warm enough in mid-February when it was pretty cold out. It was quick to

There are a number of extra touches which show that this chain thinks about its customers very carefully. Service was efficient and friendly. Staff at Premier Inn were extremely
helpful It was freezing cold when we visited and without us having to
ask they offered additional heating for our room. We didn't need it
as the room was fine. Breakfast very good choice and staff happy to
