The staff were just great, so helpful. It was fantastic the fact that we were able to leave our luggage with you for a couple of hours till check in time, most hotels do not offer such a service or if they do there's a charge. I found the Staff to be very Helpful and Sociable and the room I had wasspotless. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is off the M60 at junction 19 and just along the main road on the left, very easy to find. The receptionist at check out is a really cheerful friendly guy and a great asset to the hotel. Everything but you do need a car to get to every where. Very Nice Staff and Location and really impressed with the quality of facilities.We stayed at the Brittania Hotel Manchester for 3 Days prior and it was more expensive and did not compare with the quality of simple things like fitting and Bathroom layout.

The hotel is relatively new, and it looks it; very new and crisp feel about all of the décor and the hallways, walls etc. The staff are very pleasant, professional and helpful. We had asked for a twin room and when this was not available we were upgraded to a room with a super king bd in the executive area. The young manager who helped us was really helpful. We ended up with a most luxurious room and really enjoyed our stay The dining room was very attractive and comfortable and the breakfast convenient and of a good standard.

I have stayed here before and if the price is still ok I will stay next time I am in england. The hotel is clean the staff are pleasant and effıcient. - I really enjoyed relaxing in the whirlpool bath. The food was great, You can truly relax here more often at these prices, thank you.

We decided to stay at this hotel as is was close to Old Trafford. The view of the Salford Quay is stunning, especially at night time. Almost everything: The staff was really nice, which managed to understand me through my horrid english, and were always there to help with anything.

The Ivy Mount guest house was booked at the last minute, as I normally stay in the larger well known city centre hotels.
