  What did I like? - everything. The location was perfect - conference centre, Albert Dock, city centre on your door step. The room was surprisingly spacious and breakfast was fantastic. I loved the informal set up. - Friendly and helpful staff, excellent facilities, great location and good value for money

  Staff at breakfast were excellent always making sure your table was cleared to give you more room, very happy and freindly, hotel was always getting cleaned, prob the cleanest hotel we have ever been in. We were on over night boat from belfast- to liverpool we got to the hotel at 7am check in isint until 2pm wee left are bags in a store room at t... τι λέει ο κόσμος » he hotel, and took a 5 min walk in to city centre to do a bit of shopping to kill some time, wee got back to the hotel at 11 am and the girl at recept - The hotel itself was warming,stylish,direct taxi calling,the rooms were nicely laid out with a walk in shower.Tea and coffee facilities in the room,along with a tv and wi-fi.Quite spacious.The staff were friendly,although when I asked for additional milk,i had to go down to the bar to get some.The breakfast,which was an extra cost,was nice,with a choice of foods.It was very clean andit was very secure,with you having to use your room card to operate the lift,so not just anyone can use it.That w

  Everything. The staff could not be faulted. All local, extremely friendly and helpful with a great sense of humour. Nothing too much trouble. Check in and check out very smooth. Dining room/ restaurant staff were a pleasure. Rooms very clean and well maintained. Hotel ideally situated for everything, especially those travelling to the city for the... τι λέει ο κόσμος » first time being directly opposite Lime street railway station, plus the airport bus from John Lennon Liverpool airport also directly opposite. Theat - The location was excellent. Immediately opposite Lime Street Railway Station, and just around corner from Bus Station and shopping just a few steps further. Also near to St Georges Hall and the Walker Art Gallery. The staff throughout were friendly and very helpful, particularly our room maid and Kathy in the restaurant at breakfast. Good selection in the restaurant for breakfast, and dinner was superb.
