  The staff are very welcoming and accomodating, nothing was too much trouble for them. They are all polite; not only did they look after us in the hotel they looked after all my guests in the party 200 of them. I have had calls from lots of people saying how good the party was and how well organised it all was. Breakfast was buffet style, lots of choice and plentiful. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this hotel or revisiting it if I ever go back to Liverpool. - Central location, very smart presentation, room comfortable, bathroom clean and plenty of towels, toileteries etc, sound-proofing seemed good as heard no noise all night despite the hotel being full of Scottish and Russian football fans! Excellent breakfast buffet.

My mistake but the manger John was so polite and professional about our cancelation that I would definatly make it my business to go there understanding and great staff like that are so hard to come by these days as I stay in hotels quite a lot! It's an English-style bed and breakfast located in a totally quiet and peaceful neighborhood next to the sea. Some rooms -and ours too- have the bathroom in common, but it's so clean that I didn't mind: I felt completely at home. The owner is really kind and give us all the informations we needed. Moreover, you away from the hustle of the city, but you can reach city center by train in only 20 minutes.

  I would highly recommend Signature Living Apartments on Victoria Street. The pictures looked great but when we arrived it was even better than we thought! The decor was so stylish and a few of us said we would love for our flats/houses to look like the apartments did! We we - I was travelling with some fotbollsfriends and we were staying in a "Duplex apartment" on Victoria Street. We loved this modern and spacious apartment. The location was perfect to discover the city centre, just next to Mathew Street and the Cavern club. It was also close to the "Liverpool One Shopping Centre" and also with lots of bars and restaurant within walking distance. Breakfast is not included both that was not a problem as the apartment is equipped with many utensils,refrigerator and fr
