Superb hotel, the rooms were fantastic and modern incl. leisure facilities. All staff helpful and happy. Only stayed 1 night but will be back for a long weekend. - Fantastic modern hotel with everything you could want for a pleasant stay

I personally thought that the hotel was exceptional value for money and have already expressed an interest in staying there again as I may be down that way on business often. The hotel, facilities, food and staff were excellent as was the room that was allocated to myself. - The food was excellent. Good Breakfasts.

We have just returned form a one night stay at Corn Mill Lodge. THe staff are really great, very helpful and friendly. THe room was spotless and the bed really comfy.. always a good thing when you want a good nights sleep. 1. The facilities in the room very good - well equipped.
2. All the staff are very friendly and helpful.
3 The main course in the evening was excellent. Really good value.
4. Excellent taxi arrangement with dedicated phone on reception desk.
THIS IS A REALLY GOOD VALUE HOTEL IN A VERY USEFUL LOCATION IF YOU HAVE BUSINESS IN LEEDS. I WOULD QUITE HAPPILY STAY THERE AGAIN.

Wifi connection was free and very fast. although I had to use my own Ethernet cable. Rooms were big a well lit, bright and breezy. Also very quiet. Having never stayed in Leeds, I found I had picked a really good place to stay. Very rare would I give top marks for anything, but the hotel and the staff were all marvelous. Friendly staff, speed of repairs even during the Christmas break. They were done within hours of reporting - friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff. good accomodation, grand breakfast

In a rather full hotel the staff really went out of their way to accommodate us. We were visiting in Gildersome and this location was perfect. -
Location was good. Easy motorway access. Convenient for overnight stay as we attended a wedding nearby.

The room was the cleanest hotel room we ever stayed in. The beds were comfortable, clean and had a choice of pillows.
Staff were so friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was good and there was plenty available. When I mentioned that the coffee pot had run out, a staff member went straight to the kitchen to refill it. -

We were so happy with this hotel. It's a charming building staffed by friendly helpful people. Our room was good sized, clean and comfortable--very good value for the money. We enjoyed the cooked breakfast and eating in the hotel restaurant which drew a good crowd of locals on Saturday night. The neighborhood is very convenient with shops and pubs

We loved the look of the hotel as we booked in. The staff were friendly and made a fuss of the children. On entering our room we were thrilled with the character feature furniture alongside modern features, such as tall headboard and flatscreen tv. The bathroom was immaculate and very modern, with shower and bath. The two easy chairs were lovely to sink into after a busy day and we came away feeling that we all want to return to Haley's again one day!

The welcome was great and the receptionist was very helpful, giving us a map, showing directions and telling us about 'extras', such as the Christmas market. We also liked the fact that TGI Fridays was attached(!) even though we didn't realise we could go straight through from the hotel! The breakfast was great and the room was comfortable - hoora

Premier Staff were very happy to help.Directions given to Rugby Stadium which was only 1.5 miles away, so prime location was key,l took my son and his friend to watch a World cup match and the whole experience was wonderful,l will use you again, Thanks Leeds

Stayed for Depeche Mode concert at the F.D Arena across the road, so the location was excellent.
the room was very clean and comfortable.
For anybody wanting to stay somewhere for events at the Leeds Arena, I couldn't recommend this highly enough.

The staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful. My daughter celebrated her birthday whilst we were staying at the hotel and the staff on duty were wonderful and made the evening special for her. The room was very clean and comfortable and the hotel is in an excellent location. The flexibility of leaving the bags at the hotel on check-out day whilst we enjoyed some more time in Leeds was also appreciated.
