The hotel was small so we were checked in quickly and helped with the FREE car parking! The room was around the same standard as a premier inn with heated bathroom floors and a very comfy bed. A family hotel whose staff were amazingly helpful and attentive - even swapping us to a ground-floor room (due to a broken ankle) without needing to be asked and despite its being a family room rather than the twin we had booked! Delicious breakfast, with generous variety (both continental and cooked). Superb location for the universities - just across the road. Right on bus route for shopping or bus/coach/train stations. Yet a feeling of being in the country - "at home" in the country. Thank

The rooms were clean modern and had everything you require for your stay, we could have stayed longer, excellent id recommend it to anyone,the good 15 min walk into the centre was refreshing on a morning and we did see some fine old buildings, if its a little far on a night the hotel reception makes up for this by organising a taxi, very helpful, t

Stayed for Depeche Mode concert at the F.D Arena across the road, so the location was excellent.
the room was very clean and comfortable.
For anybody wanting to stay somewhere for events at the Leeds Arena, I couldn't recommend this highly enough.

The staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful. My daughter celebrated her birthday whilst we were staying at the hotel and the staff on duty were wonderful and made the evening special for her. The room was very clean and comfortable and the hotel is in an excellent location. The flexibility of leaving the bags at the hotel on check-out day whilst we enjoyed some more time in Leeds was also appreciated.

The room was comfortable. The hotel was central for shops, restaurants and theatres which was the reason for our visit. Everything from start to finish.
Excellent location, easy to get to and park at the weekend. The room was spacious, modern and light. The furniture and fittings were top rate, the bathroom lovely and everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were really nice, very friendly and helpful. The room was full of little surprises like the bread, beans, milk and cereal in the fridge which came in handy. Would definitely stay again and have recommended The Chambers to all our friends

Ambience. Colour. Elegance. The Piano ( a good one), the Restaurant, the Food. And I enjoyed the opportunity to play the piano after dinner for half an hour or so - Very good service, comfort and the food in the restaurant was excellent.We will definetely go back.

I arrived about 12.30am in the morning, but the staff were very helpful & friendly, as I needed to park in the hotel carpark across the road. The room was tastefully decorated & relaxing. We thought this hotel was lovely and really good value, we got room
service and dined in the restaurant and the food was well priced and
tasty. The bed was amazing, hotel and restaurant had great decor and
atmosphere. We stayed the week before in the Novotel Leeds which was £24
dearer and nowhere near the same standard, we would choose The New
Ellington every time.

The bed was so comfortable and the the breakfast was awesome, and my children ate for free. the lux bathroom cream was so soothing after my long drive to leeds. - Bed was very comfortable, and exceptionally clean! HEating was very easy to control and the room was quite spacious for the price range.

The welcome was great and the receptionist was very helpful, giving us a map, showing directions and telling us about 'extras', such as the Christmas market. We also liked the fact that TGI Fridays was attached(!) even though we didn't realise we could go straight through from the hotel! The breakfast was great and the room was comfortable - hoora

Premier Staff were very happy to help.Directions given to Rugby Stadium which was only 1.5 miles away, so prime location was key,l took my son and his friend to watch a World cup match and the whole experience was wonderful,l will use you again, Thanks Leeds
