All the staff were polite, helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay at the Rubens again, our room was recently refurbished and was in excellent condition. The room service was impressive and the food the best I've ever tasted in a hotel.

Great location close to everything the city has to offer yet nestled in a nice village setting. Friendly staff who welcome feedback. Very comfortable hotel, good kitchen, comfortable beds, cabs at your front door and staff who still carry bags to your room and hail you a cab. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others. The appartment came with everything you would need for a long stay in London. It was clean, comfortable and quite spacious, and only a 10 min. stroll to Victoria station. -

This is the best hotel I had ever stayed in London. It has all facilities a busy traveller needs including excellent free internet in the rooms and wireless in the lobby, very responsive staff, spacious and impeccably clean rooms. For me optional daily cleaning is a big advantage too - no overzealous cleaners desperate to clean the room regardless

καλη θεση διπλα στο μετρο ωραιο δωματιο - The Hotel Russell is in a great location, well decorated, clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and checking in and out was a breeze. Delicious breakfast and excellent serving times - up until 12.00 noon on a Sunday - Bliss! Russell Square tube station is a stone's throw away

The room was wonderful but in part that was because I had 6/7 (both)
access to myself. With only a small room on its own - even with an
excellent bathroom - I would have found it too small for C21st
expectations. On the other hand, the staff(a manager?) was wonderful,
including letting me use the breakfast room to do some emails etc. and

So many hotels are identical, and I stay in a lot of hotels! It was really nice to have something that was out of the ordinary for once, yet still in a good location (right next to Kings Cross station) and with functionality ... free wireless etc. A great breakfast, an extremely helpful and courteous staff, overall it made a very good impression.
