  Our twin room was clean, and decorated in a modern fashion. The beds were super comfy and all the linen & towels as pristine as you would expect. Very welcoming host and the breakfast room modern. Individual tables for breakfast most welcome, as was the Full English. All in all - would certainly recommend and/or stay there again. The building has character and is pretty, with a really nice veranda where breakfast is served. The location was pretty convenient - about 20 minutes from the center of the city.

We have recently stayed in Bathand had to pay 8 pounds per day to park the car at the back of the b andB.
