The rooms and its facilities. Well sized, with plenty of space to move around, the air conditioning worked properly, the bed was in very good order and the bedding was clean and comfortable. It is superbly placed for City Centre attractions including the 02 Acadamy (300metres).Friendly Staff. Good selection at breakfast. Eat in the restaurant or order any meal and eat in your room.

Great apartments, welcoming, clean, quite and secure. Had all the facilities we'd expected. Even though we'd had been given the wrong door code on our booking form, this was soon sorted by helpful and friendly staff with a short phone call. Overall, great place to stay. -
Friendly staff. Handy location for a parent visiting Sheffield University.

Excellent service by the hotel staff. They were all very friendly and attentive. The hotel is the city centre so an excellent location. The room was nicely decorated with a flat screen tv and free wireless internet. - The room was excellent value for money, very spacious and the bed was very comfortable

The friendly and attentive staff, especially Alan on night reception duty and the very courteous young lady the following morning. The very comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep. Very clean rooms with TV and tea/coffee making facilities Central location close to shops and public transport. A varied and plentiful optional breakfast

A very quiet and safe hotel ( I stayed in Ibis network hotels before and this one was by far the best)

the dining room staff were so friendly and helpful...nothing too much trouble...Diane and Natasha were lovely people and treated us almost as if we were friends! the breakfast choices were superb and we felt well looked after.. despite there being 500 rooms we hardly saw anyone in the dining room, although we went down at 7am each day.. My stay was only brief --- overnight whilst visiting Sheffield --- but as I'd stayed in the hotel previously I knew what to expect (and wasn't disappointed). The hotel rooms are spacious and well appointed, the staff helpful and efficient, and the hotel is nicely situated in for access to the city centre on foot. The next time I'm in Sheffield I'

I booked this for my parents that were here for my graduation as they needed to stay over.
The apartment was spotless and had everything that they could need. It's location in the city centre, meant that they were close to the graduation ceremony and had a good selection of restaurants to try out.

I loved the layout of the room, it was not to crowded which meant there was space to read and relax. The en-suite was amazing and I very much enjoyed the shower, even the shower gel dispenser I found quaint and easy to use. The staff themselves did not look down on me because I was a student in fact they were very efficient and charming. I enjoyed

The friendly welcoming staff who were only too pleased to help out with a problem we had with the TV at the start of our stay. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Also the breakfast was excellent value. We were in Sheffield for the snooker championships and the hotel was a short walk to the city centre and the venue.

Amazing staff, both on reception and in the restaurant. They were lovely and very helpful. I couldn't stay for breakfast and one particularly lovely man in the restaurant insisted on making me a bacon sandwich to take to the station with me. Wrapped in tinfoil, even had the bread lightly toasted to keep it firm, so thoughtful. He also put a few little muffins in the paper bag in case I wanted something sweet.
