There was a problem with the heater in my room but within a few minute of me having reported it to reception a portable heater was provided.The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Double bed was very comfy. There was another large room with two single beds pushed together so this would do for another couple or could be pulled apart for two other occupants. Nice large bathroom with bath. Good sized living room with comfy couch and large tv. Kitchen facilities all worked fine; stocked with basic crockery and pots so suitable

Great location at 5mns walk from centre of town, lovely spacious ground floor apartment with terrace and well equipped kitchen. I booked this for my parents that were here for my graduation as they needed to stay over.
The apartment was spotless and had everything that they could need. It's location in the city centre, meant that they were close to the graduation ceremony and had a good selection of restaurants to try out.

I loved the layout of the room, it was not to crowded which meant there was space to read and relax. The en-suite was amazing and I very much enjoyed the shower, even the shower gel dispenser I found quaint and easy to use. The staff themselves did not look down on me because I was a student in fact they were very efficient and charming. I enjoyed

The friendly welcoming staff who were only too pleased to help out with a problem we had with the TV at the start of our stay. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Also the breakfast was excellent value. We were in Sheffield for the snooker championships and the hotel was a short walk to the city centre and the venue.

Lovely old hotel building oozing charm. Free use of gym, nice bar, lovely foyer and surrounds. Good sized room, great sized bathroom. - The hotel room was clean, roomy. There was a good choice of food for breakfast. The hotel staff were friendly and co-operative

Amazing staff, both on reception and in the restaurant. They were lovely and very helpful. I couldn't stay for breakfast and one particularly lovely man in the restaurant insisted on making me a bacon sandwich to take to the station with me. Wrapped in tinfoil, even had the bread lightly toasted to keep it firm, so thoughtful. He also put a few little muffins in the paper bag in case I wanted something sweet. Everything was new and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The only downside was that the digital television was not working properly and we had to change rooms to get any television to work at all. Otherwise all was great. Very attractive modern studio, comfortable large bed, adequate furniture, large wardrobe, excellent kitchen and bathroom with beautiful modern installations.
Located in heart of trendy district of Sheffield, I feared it might be noisy but it was absolutely tranquil in my room.
Big picture window provides nice view and plenty of light. -
