Staff courteous, professional and helpful. Really lovely breakfast.Location of hotel brilliant - Lace market area very interesting andvery good shopping nearby. The Lace Market is one of my favouriteboutique hotels. - Great location in the centre (close to shops and restaurants) yet quiet! We had a super room, thanks for that! Excellent facilities

I came from Manchester and stayed in Nottingham Premier Apartments because I was taking my children to see Chris Brown in FM Trent Arena. To my surprise it was right next to it. Me and the kids completely loved our stay, staff, convenience, comfortableness, cleanliness and that I could cook my own food and not have to keep travelling out to eat.
... τι λέει ο κόσμος » Had all the necessaties, iron, stereo, towels,etc - space, space and more space - absolute bargain for the money, only thing not great was the take away service wasn't working (no-one answered), luckily we had internet and found another takeaway that would deliver to us...

Friendly and helpful staff,good value for money,city centre location, will use the hotel again - The hotel was excellant. The room was big and in excellent conditions - Chino Latino was excellent.

The Location is perfect just around the corner from the bottom of
Hockley, the apartment was beautiful, lots of lovely designer details
and very stylish finishes, such as leather feature walls, lots of glass
occasional tables, and degner rugs and cushions, felt like a designers
own home! I was visiting from Australia, and they are much nicer than

We arrived early and the staff were really helpful and actually let us in an hour early, it was so close to all of the Shopping Nottingham has to offer, the apartment was really clean, beds were really comfy, excellent place to stay for Nottingham Arena being only a 3 minute walk away, which is initially why we chose it, but would definitely stay there again.... Can't say enough good things about the service.... Thank you!!!

Liked the fact that because there were no external "views" of Nottingham there was a simulation of an internal street (Plaza?) to sit out in and eat breakfast. Very pleasant. Loved the lighting at night. - The hotel is excelent. Very friendly staff. The atmosphere in the lounge area was very relaxed and suitable for our 4month to sit in the dinnin

The Swimming pool was nice, the staff was extremely friendly and any inconveniences were met with generous offers and gifts to apologize. The breakfast was amazing and not extremely expensive. Room was clean , hotel was in a great location down side was the price of the drinks in the hotel bar although other bars are very close little dis organised at breakfast had to wait for a seat for ten minutes another couple came Down down and were seated immediately fire alarm was set off at 6.30am and we had to evacuate on a Sunday morning but that couldn't be helped and we did receive a letter of apology overall a good hotel with excellent facilities great location will definately be back

I like that the staff contacted me ahead of time days before I arrived to ensure my stay and address any matters. They were able to provide any taxi services needed. Good location, just a short walk into the city where we found a great choice of pubs for food and drink. The hotel was very comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff. Bar prices were reasonable for a hotel and breakfast was very good.We even got to gate crash the Christmas party that was on on the Friday night and was made to feel quite welcome. Would stay here again.
