Chose this hotel because of proximity to new Arena - it's just a few minutes walk away.
It's more a city pub with rooms.
Handy for shopping, theatres and eating out.
Staff were efficient and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel was right in the middle of leeds and very close to the railway station so easy to walk to and easy to get onwards the next day. Having never stayed in Leeds, I found I had picked a really good place to stay. Very rare would I give top marks for anything, but the hotel and the staff were all marvelous. The welcome was great and the receptionist was very helpful, giving us a map, showing directions and telling us about 'extras', such as the Christmas market. We also liked the fact that TGI Fridays was attached(!) even though we didn't realise we could go straight through from the hotel! The breakfast was great and the room was comfortable - hoora

Premier Staff were very happy to help.Directions given to Rugby Stadium which was only 1.5 miles away, so prime location was key,l took my son and his friend to watch a World cup match and the whole experience was wonderful,l will use you again, Thanks Leeds

The bed was so comfortable and the the breakfast was awesome, and my children ate for free. the lux bathroom cream was so soothing after my long drive to leeds. - Bed was very comfortable, and exceptionally clean! HEating was very easy to control and the room was quite spacious for the price range.

I stayed here for one night when I went to Leeds to explore the city.
It's in a great location! Takes just a few minutes to walk to the
city centre and the main bus station. Its a nice hotel and a great value
for money. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean and very
comfortable, very good air conditioning which is handy in the winter
cold, and there is a good selection of tv channels. The showers are
fantastic. Overall just a great hotel, highly recommended.

Friendly, helpful and informative staff.
Kitchenette supplies - nice to have a mug! - though would have liked to have been able to make myself an early morning cup of tea to have in bed without having to get dressed and walk a bit of a distance down the corridor!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was off the main street, so it was fairly quiet and peaceful - even on the rowdy Friday and Saturday nights. It was ideally placed for Headingley cricket and rugby grounds. - Attentiveness of staff. Quality of furnishings and decor. Excellent food and service.
