Very good location, close by hyde park and the underground station. Safeplace, good people. Very clean and large rooms. You can leave yourluggage after checking out for free. - the location was excellent. and he staf were very very brilliant

The Hotel was close to the Chelsea flower show. There is plenty of restaurants close by. As there is now breakfast at hotel they give you a voucher (10% off) to use at a couple of cafes around the corner. - Location

Staff amazingly helpful and friendly - naturally so, not a glossy professional act. Really genuine people; I felt very very much at home in a way that I don't normally in hotels. Price great. My own sink in the room. could open window from bed and lean into the air. Delightful. -

Location is excellent. 2 minutes from West Brompton tube station, 5 minutes from Earl's Court tube station (Exhibition Centre is opposit side of the hotel) and 15 minutes from Fulham Broadway tube station (Chelsea FC 2 further minutes) by walk. Staff is very friendly. Full english breakfast is fine. Recommended and thank you!

Excellent shower, bed was comfy, clean fresh towels brought to us daily,

We had a lovely warm welcome on arrival, our room was clean, warm and well equipped for our stay, its about 5 min walk from the bus, train and tube station. There's a friendly pub on route called the greyhound from the tube to the hotel which was nice to pop into for a night cap after a busy day of touring London.

The room was very clean and bright with a comfortable bed. The hotel was
just what you’d expect a two star hotel to be nothing fancy but all the
basics catered for and in a lovely period building. On arrival I was
greeted by a pleasant lady on reception, who was very efficient. I did
ask her where the lift was, to which she replied that they did n

- The mezzanine level to the bedroom - the room was beautiful, and still
had character despite being newly renovated
- the big shower
- the modern bathroom
- the table and chairs in the room

- the tea-making facilities
- the wifi
- plenty of toiletries (but see the other side for a downside)
- friendly staff when we arrived and left
- excellent value for money - the decor and standard of room was great for the price, we would definitely recommend to all friends and
