Staff amazingly helpful and friendly - naturally so, not a glossy professional act. Really genuine people; I felt very very much at home in a way that I don't normally in hotels. Price great. My own sink in the room. could open window from bed and lean into the air. Delightful. -

Clean, tidy, comfortable, and very close to sights in London. Hotel Lily was easily accessible. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast room with plenty of staff to serve breakfast. It looked like hotel had been upgraded recently. I really enjoyed my stay, and thought it was value for money. Overall, I had a really good experience of Hotel

Location is excellent. 2 minutes from West Brompton tube station, 5 minutes from Earl's Court tube station (Exhibition Centre is opposit side of the hotel) and 15 minutes from Fulham Broadway tube station (Chelsea FC 2 further minutes) by walk. Staff is very friendly. Full english breakfast is fine. Recommended and thank you!

Trés agréable, la station de métro pour les lignes centrales sont à deux minutes à pied, de même pour ce qui est des commerces ( alimentations, mc do, starbucks, restaurants, bars... ). Vue sur un parc, au calme tout en étant à la limite du centre de Londres. Sinon, nous avions peur pour le petit déjeuner continental, qui au final est trés correct

We had a lovely warm welcome on arrival, our room was clean, warm and well equipped for our stay, its about 5 min walk from the bus, train and tube station. There's a friendly pub on route called the greyhound from the tube to the hotel which was nice to pop into for a night cap after a busy day of touring London.

just what you’d expect a two star hotel to be nothing fancy but all the
basics catered for and in a lovely period building. On arrival I was
greeted by a pleasant lady on reception, who was very efficient. I did
