Lovely hotel with amazing staff! Great location, suited us as we were on a business trip and being so near the train station meant we could get to all our meetings. We were a bit worried when we booked it for two reasons. the hotel was very comfortable and was handy for what we were there for . We were going to the theatre and a meal the hotel was vey handy for this. It was really clean and the room was very spacious, I would stay there again no problem. - very efficient booking in procedure and friendly staff. nice clean room and good breakfast in the morning

we were treated brilliantly from check in to checkout by the same member of staff who also served breakfast .Chris was very helpfull when we first arrived showing us all the places we were wanting to visit on a map which invaluable to us.He showed interest in us and at breakfast he asked how we had enjoyed our night .He was very good his job and

Very big rooms!!!! So you have a lot of space for your luggage etc. You can really feel and see that this is a brand new hotel. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely return! PS, they don't have a car park, but it is not a problem as they have a lot of vey cheap parking facilities just around the corner.

we found the hotel staff really friendly and catered to all our needs. The breakfast buffet was excellent the central location of the hotel let us wander around glasgow city centre with ease on our departure we were able to leave our luggage with reception until our taxi took us to the airport we will definitely be using this hotel again - We check

When we arrived they had no details of our booking, however they behaved in a very professional way and quickly resolved the issue. The sofa bed was then made up within 1/2 hour of our arrival. All staff were friendly and very helpful. - Rooms very clean and had all the facilities you would expect. Loved that breakfast was served from 6am until 11
