Fantastic location, right in the heart of the city. Lovely quirky building. The staff and the owner were extremely helpful and kind. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They accommodated us with a vegan breakfast and helped to organise the parking even after we checked out. We will definitely be back and we warmly recommend the hotel to anyone

The friendly and helpful staff. We were at the cafeteria 45mins before
it opens and the staff told us that she couldn't have the cooked
food ready for us. Despite that, she tried her best to provide us as
much free flow of food (cereal, milk, juice, coffee, toast) as we can
get for our breakfast. The receptionist was also helpful to initiate to
show us the directions to train station.

The beds were super king size, this was fantastic. The whole hotel was spotless, and the location was fantastic as we had tickets for the SECC. Breakfast was lovely too. - Hotel was in excellent position for SECC. The breakfast was very filling with lots of choice and dining room was light bright and airy. Would definately return.

The only complaint is the short time availability of breakfast. As this hotel caters for people going to a gig they need to increase time for breakfast. It meant that people all rushed in just before 8.30am and the breakfast room could't cope with this. People who are going to gig

This was a brilliant location for me. In the city centre with loads of restaurants and Pubs around. There was parking outside the Hotel for just £2-4 for a part or full day. staff were very friendly and helpful,and the free wifi' is a must for the business user,west end location so plenty of good restaraunts nearby - This is my 3rd stay here -- It's a very nice hotel with a good staff and in a great location, all at a good price.
