Very friendly owners, willing to do almost anything to make life easier during your stay.
The breakfast is plentiful with a choice of cereals, fruit, yogurt, decent size full English cooked breakfast and Toast all available.

The whole overall experience was very good. The Lodge is located in Old Hunstanton which is a pretty and quiet resort. Bedroom was light and spacious. Food good with extensive choice. Close to beach (5 mins walk away). Although our bedroom was located at the front overlooking the main road, there was very little traffic noice. Great hotel. -

Everything provided and even more. Welcoming pot of tea and cake. Everything provided on drinks tray in room - a choice of teas, coffee, even hot chocolate. Biscuits are also provided and a dish of chocolates, all of which were replenished daily. A Nightcap of Sherry and a gift of chocolates when you leave. So comfortable, so clean, so friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Exceptional Value for money. We have certainly found a dream place to stay. Absolutely loved it.

I chose Ashleigh Lodge because of the excellent reviews and I wasn't disappointed. John and Liz are excellent hosts and everywhere there are examples of them going just that bit further i.e. the food, luxurious towels, the quality of the toiletries. Needless to say everything was immaculately tidy. Also, parking was no problem in the quiet street

We needn't have been as John and Liz were really welcoming and could
not do enough for anyone. The room was stylish, practical and spacious.
Breakfast was awesome. The garden was great and there was a real
friendly feel amongst all guests. We would definitely stay again.

We had a warm friendly welcome from the proprietor and the bedroom was lovely, spotlessly clean and very comfortable,obviously decorated with taste and care. Lovely location just set back from the sea front. Immaculate accomodation with pleasant decor and nice touches such as toiletries, water etc etc.
Great home cooked breakfast and the owners couldn't do enough. Relaxed attitude to access to the rooms and very quiet despite the fact it was full.
