  We were in Birmingham for the Festival of Quilts at the NEC. We loved stayingin your hotel as it was so convenient for the city and lovely places to eat in the evenings. Staff were so helpful before our visit and during it.   Superb hotel. Stayed 1 night on a business trip, rooms spotlessly clean, hotel obviously has just been refurbished as everything is brand new. Location is very central, close to business district and shopping. Staff very friendly, breakfast had a good selection.   The room was exactly like it was advertised. It was comfortable and clean. Shower was spotless. More hotels should be made like this!!! The staff were friendly and pleasant.   Seeing as this hotel only opened up 5 days before I arrived it was immaculate, clean, tidy, fresh, open, bright, welcoming and many more. The best thing about this hotel was the Aircon as I always seem to overheat in other hotels that offer it but it’s just a fan on the wall, this place has an up-to-date Aircon unit which was perfect, the shower r... τι λέει ο κόσμος » oom has a huge cubical space which is perfect for me being 6ft6, smaller cubicles make it hard to move about but not here. The beds were nice a soft i - The hotel was easy to find, as I arrived at the Birmingham train station (about 15 minutes walk). At arrival, staff was friendly and check-in straightforward and quick. They gave me big room with a double-bed, with a modern decoration in the 8th floor. A great desk and office chair for work with laptop was available. A generous LCD with relatively good variety of British TV programs. The room was very quite, no noises interrupted me at sleep. Breakfast quality was compatible with paid amount.

  Great hotel in a great location. Slightly out of the centre but only a 15 minute walk away. Lots of restaurants and bars only five minutes away. The biggest comfiest bed I've slept in for ages. The receptionists were really efficient and friendly. Would definitely stay there again. - Really lovely staff that were very helpful indeed, polite and pro-active. Great modern vibe to the place, nice residents as well. Really well situated in a nice quiet but cool part of town, reminded me of a mini NY warehouse. Nice places to eat close by. Amazing power shower and LED TV over the bed. Very comfy bed with crisp white sheets, apparently egyptian? Yes I will be going back....

  I had a single room that was a good size, clean and comfortable. With free WiFi and room enough to spread work out the room doubled up as a rather useful office too. I'll certainly be using the hotel again and have already recommended it to a couple of associates. Staff were helpful in directing to me the hotel when I got lost. Now that I know where it is, it is very conveniently located for my work.   Very helpful, Knowledgable & Informative staff (we went for a concert), Clean & Comfy rooms, we liked the fact that they served food until 1am for everyone coming back from the concert and that they extended their breakfast hours the following morning.
