Wifi connection was free and very fast. although I had to use my own Ethernet cable. Rooms were big a well lit, bright and breezy. Also very quiet. Breakfast was good.Cant fault this hotel for a lone traveller. - the staff were very friendly and helpful, the restaurant food was very good, the hotel itself was better than we were expecting and a goo

The welcome was great and the receptionist was very helpful, giving us a map, showing directions and telling us about 'extras', such as the Christmas market. We also liked the fact that TGI Fridays was attached(!) even though we didn't realise we could go straight through from the hotel! The breakfast was great and the room was comfortable - hoora

Premier Staff were very happy to help.Directions given to Rugby Stadium which was only 1.5 miles away, so prime location was key,l took my son and his friend to watch a World cup match and the whole experience was wonderful,l will use you again, Thanks Leeds

The bed was so comfortable and the the breakfast was awesome, and my children ate for free. the lux bathroom cream was so soothing after my long drive to leeds. - Bed was very comfortable, and exceptionally clean! HEating was very easy to control and the room was quite spacious for the price range.

Having never stayed in Leeds, I found I had picked a really good place to stay. Very rare would I give top marks for anything, but the hotel and the staff were all marvelous. I can't comment on the food, but if it matched everything else then it should be good. - Stayed one night wished it was longer room was top quality upgraded toking exec free m

I was able to change the room and on to a half board package on arrival without any fuss - Generally pleasant and helpful staff, good food and the room was clean

Stayed for Depeche Mode concert at the F.D Arena across the road, so the location was excellent.
the room was very clean and comfortable.
For anybody wanting to stay somewhere for events at the Leeds Arena, I couldn't recommend this highly enough.
Apart from this, it's a very straightforward walk up from the station and not too far at all, so eve

The staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful. My daughter celebrated her birthday whilst we were staying at the hotel and the staff on duty were wonderful and made the evening special for her. The room was very clean and comfortable and the hotel is in an excellent location. The flexibility of leaving the bags at the hotel on check-out day whilst we enjoyed some more time in Leeds was also appreciated.
