Will definitely stay again. - Can't fault a single thing had an absolutely fantastic stay far tooshort could have stayed there for longer than our 2 night stay, the roomwas decorated in old world charm complete with 4 poster bed and jacuzzi,staff and service was really excellent, would stay there again anytime.

A very good BnB great bed in the king size room. Wasn't too keen on
the full English breakfast but my partner enjoyed it. The owners are
very welcoming and gave us a lift to the marina saving us £15+ in taxi

The location is perfect: close to the seaside and all sights of Brighton. There are a lot of shops and cafes around. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The breakfasts are very good.

The manager was polite, friendly, helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was extremely good and freshly cooked. Room very clean, too. I ll reccommed it and stay again if visiting Brighton, even with friends.

Excellent location only 5 mins walk from the pier and town center. Reception staff incedibly helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Highly reccomend staying here- don't worry about no breakfast there are many good options within easy walking distance. -

The staff were just lovely. The room was not only cosy and spotless with beauiful decor, but a King Size Bed made everything just perfect. The hotel was clean and so close to the pier. Great location, great value for money and lovely owners. Definately recommend it for those looking to stay in a small hotel in Brighton.
