The manager was polite, friendly, helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was extremely good and freshly cooked. Room very clean, too. I ll reccommed it and stay again if visiting Brighton, even with friends.

The staff were just lovely. The room was not only cosy and spotless with beauiful decor, but a King Size Bed made everything just perfect. It was quiet, there was a garden with seating for smokers, a DVD library, freedom to come and go and whatever time, a minibar - just (sigh) what more could you ask? Highly recommended. Excellent location only 5 mins walk from the pier and town center. Reception staff incedibly helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Highly reccomend staying here- don't worry about no breakfast there are many good options within easy walking distance. -
Staff were so very welcoming, helpful and friendly.

Location was fantastic the owners were really helpful and accomodating, the best bit had to be the breakfast hamper, filled full of goodies and something different to a greasy fry up, plus you didn't have to get dressed and you could eat it in your own time, we had the top floor room with sea views and was lovely to sit eating breakfast looking out to sea, would book again

The hotel was clean and so close to the pier. Great location, great value for money and lovely owners. Definately recommend it for those looking to stay in a small hotel in Brighton.
