  The Swinside Inn is set among the magnificent Cumbrian mountians. The views from our 'Catbells' room were stunning. The room was well presetned with modern decor throught, a modern en suite shower/bathroom, comfortable bed, ample wardrobe/drawer space and ample tea/coffee facilities. The evening meal was fairly basic and fitting for a countryside ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » Inn it was tasty with good size portions, as was the full English breakfast. From the moment we arrived to the time we left we were impressed with the - Location excellent..in a quiet valley about 5 km from Keswick, a tourist center. No other buildings around except for the Inn. I could hike into spectacularly rough mountains in 5 minutes by foot from the inn. Nice log fire, lovely and warm in the rooms. Each room is slightly different. The one known as Causey Pike has massive windows towards the mountains. Food was fine, and breakfasts were hearty with everything one could think of.
