Amanda was very welcoming and the homemade cakes were a nice touch. Our room was bright, clean and fairly spacious and breakfast was excellent. The B&B is in a quiet location but close to the town centre, which has plenty of shops and restaurants. It was very helpful being able to borrow maps and guides. The B&B owners were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and well stocked with hot drinks and cake! The provision of proper wine glasses was thoughtful. The place is very well located in easy walking distance of Keswick's shops, pubs and restuarants and also for the mountains.

The room had an amazing view and there were lovely home made cakes in our room each day! We really enjoyed our trip despite the typical British weather!. Very hospitable and friendly, welcomed with a cup of tea/coffee, lovely home made cup cakes in the room. The room was very clean, we had everything we wanted. Good choice of breakfast which was very good. Would definitely stay again. Location gives good access to excellent hill walking and climbing. Convenient for shopping and eating out. Staff were "the best!" helpful, friendly and informative....pretty good in the kitchen aswell. Amanda and Ross where very friendly and helpful. Amanda's cooking is wonderful. Home baked bread and cakes each day. Had a lovely time. Good position to explore Keswick and do walks or hikes. excellent location. very friendly & helpful hosts. Only one supplied. there was nothing we disliked. we had the room next to the breakfast room so it was a little bite noisy at the morning. Parking around the guest house, as with all of Keswick, is difficult, but we got a decent place in the end. There was nothing we didn't like although we found the en-suite a little snug! Mind you it has been worth a few moments of hilarity......... nothing. Our room was the last one and a bit small. Double bed--very hard and uncomfortable. The room was very basic and very small. The bathroom was so small that you could barely fit one person in it. I did not feel it was good value for money.
