  The staff were excellent over my 2 day stay. The food was delicious and good value which isn't always the case for hotels. The rooms were very modern and very clean with walk in showers. The location is spot on for the town centre as its 10 minutes walk max and 5 minutes to the football stadium and train station.   I really enjoyed my one night break here. When I arrived, all reception staff were occupied but my presence was acknowledged and I was checked in efficiently. My room was on the top floor, small but a nice size for a single and everything was clean.   I needed a b & b for a family celebration. I was traveling with my mother who is 91. I requested suitable accommodation for her and we had a single room on the ground floor with a handicapped bathroom. There were doors into the garden and we were close to the dining room for an excellent breakfast.
