  It was spotless clean. reception was very professional. Breakfast was served on a menu basis in a nice cosy lounge at the front of the house looking out on the road. Staff very courteous and discreet. No smell coming from the kitchen (unusual in B&Bs). Location good to reach Oxford Brookes Uni. - Easy transportation to Oxford City by bus. Good' information about comodities upon arrival. Very good service, as she made a rearrangement for other guests as we arrived one day too early. The other guest got two nights at the neighbour's guesthouse. Breakfast was nice, and it was good to sit in the garden in the evenings.
