  It was spotless clean. reception was very professional. Breakfast was served on a menu basis in a nice cosy lounge at the front of the house looking out on the road. Staff very courteous and discreet. No smell coming from the kitchen (unusual in B&Bs). Very good service, as she made a rearrangement for other guests as we arrived one day too early. The other guest got two nights at the neighbour's guesthouse. Breakfast was nice, and it was good to sit in the garden in the evenings.

  The facilities were excellent, clean and modern. The welcome was friendly and the service excellent. Nice breakfast. All at a reasonable rate.
