  Relaxed and friendly staff who went out of their way to help us with our 9 mo daughter. Hearty breakfast included. Freshly cooked, large meal portions from the pub downstairs. Comfortable bed. The room was gorgeous- we really loved it. It was an attic room - but large and beautifully done, with a lovely en-suite. The Kilverts is a pub with a really nice atmosphere and great food. We had a lovely full English breakfast.

  Relaxed atmosphere - Old Black Lion is a wonderful old period building- 13th Century! Friendly attentive staff, smashing manager. We enjoyed great food (had both evening meal and breakfast). Overall excellent value for money. I particularly liked the friendly teddy bears in the bedrooms- nice touch!!
