Wonderful accomodation, lovely hosts. Nice attention to detail by leaving soya milk for my mum in the fridge. The location is central to everything, only 2 mins walk from the train station. A 2 min walk down the brassey steps brings you on to the beach and the view of old Hastings pier. Only a 3 min walk to the shops in the center of Hastings. This guest house our 'go to' place when visiting our family in St Leonards and Hastings and am looking forward to a return visit in early 2014. όλα τα σχόλια »
Everything! I Loved Everything about this delightful and homely guest house, almost like back home :) Rooms warmly decorated, comfortable and adequate bedding always well kept. Clean, fresh smelling sheets and towels. Greatest of all wonderful and kind hosts. Guest house is centrally located and just about 5 minutes walk to everything you need. I absolutely loved my stay here and I hope to be back sometime next year with my family.
The hosts, Eddie and Victoria were very friendly, helpful and gave us
lots of useful advice. Our room was very clean and tastefully decorated.
It was great having easy access to the indoor parking which was within
easy reach of the hotel.
On my arrival i was greeted by the gentleman that ownes the hotel (Lovely Chap) he helped carry my many of bags in which was brilliant! Overall i fully enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting the area 5*.
How clean and modern the rooms are. Ed and Victoria are very accommadating. my husband went to collect the car, but got lost on the way back to the hotel, Ed said he would find him,which he did, i thought that was very kind.
The couple who run Phoenix are lovely, very helpful with information and asking me what I want as an individual - very accommodating! I came a few weeks ago and am back again this week, so guess that speaks for itself :).
The host were friendly helpful and unobtrusive and no breakfast meant you could get up when you liked "great idea" excellent little guest house . If you wanted anything you only had too ask . rob an deb.
The weather in Hastings let us down but this guesthouse was beautiful and warm, just refurbed, it was luxury compared to some of the rickety places I've stayed in for far more dosh. Highly recommend!.
The room was beautifully decorated and equipt.

Nothing! Maybe breakfast should be made available in future.
It would have been nice to have breakfast provided, especially as on the
morning of our departure we left the guest house with the intention of
having breakfast at our destination but then found out that it
wasn't possible to have breakfast there either! That said there are
several places where you can breakfast not far from the guest house.
There was nothing to dislike and I would recommend the Phoenix without hesitation.
