My single room was at the back of the property away from street noise (If any). It was clean and comfortable, I was pleasantly surprised by the length of my single bed, which was good for me as I'm 6 foot tall.
everything was ok we had a great stay location was ideal for us,price was good for what you get,.

The host/manager was friendly and wanted things to go smoothly but he needs to get another cleaner or do it himself.

The communal shower didn't lock - didn't bother me but might put some people off.
Receptionist was rude he said that you should come before 9 p. m but we booked room at 9:25p.m and there was not information about late check in. Negative effect for business.
cold water in the shower have had a cold ever since not even warm stone cold.

Very dirty hotel, I didn't want to put clothes in drawers they were so awful.
Although this is cheap there are cleaner, better value guest hoses in Hastings.
Whole house smelt damp (Victoeian so what do you expect?).
the bed wasn't nice, the sheets were dirty, the drinking glasses were dirty with lip stick, the shower had human hair in it, the toilet you couldn't put paper down it had to put it in the bin, thought we was in Greece.

The bed looked as if it had already been slept in. I slept on top, with the towel on the pillow!!!! The carpets were filthy!!! I would not put my feet on the floor. I would never book here again!.
