The hotel was fantastic, close to the city centre but still had plentyof free parkin spaces. Rooms were great and very modern - In short, everthing.Although a solo traveller,i prefer a double room which was excellent.I thought the hotel was faultless.

The room was very modern,clean and reminded me more of a city apartment with it's flat screen tv and stylish fittings. The staff were very friendly and the hotel is within walking distance of the train station and Derby city center. Room Decor, pleasant layout and facilities, especially the complimentary toiletry pack. The sound proofing was excellent: considering there was a busy taxi rank right outside, we could not hear a thing. - Everything about our stay was spot on. Room was spacious, bed was really comfortable and cleanliness excellent. Food was also superb.

Room was furnished very well and the bed was extremely comfortable. Underfloor heating meant that we were always very warm. Good portion of cooked breakfast in the morning. Staff were friendly. Excellent location for us. Overall a good experience. -

Room was generally good, although needed a little freshening up in terms of decor (a little peeling wallpaper, a distinctly sloping floor in the bathroom, and a bare wire to the towel heater detracted from the overall feel of it). It was my daughter's birthday and the hotel provided a birthday message with chocolates in the room which was a lovely touch. The room was lovely - two double beds overlooking the golf course. Staff were very friendly. Lovely fresh omelettes made at breakfast - cooked while you waited - which was a lovely touch.

The standard of cleanliness and its location was excellent. We were able to book a smoking room which added to the enjoyment of our stay. Nothing worse than standing outside in the cold . Because of that we felt able to maximise the relaxation factor and our room was spacious . The breakfast was hot, and fresh and in a clean bright dining room.

Claire in Reservations was very helpful and got us the right rooms for our requirements. Rooms were large, well cleaned and breakfast plentiful. Free internet was a huge bonus, nice to see a company not charging for something as important as wifi and the speed was good too. Perhaps worth installing a blocker for bit torrent downloads though. All in all, the hotel does represent good value for money.

How staff were focused on customer care and service. I have stop in many top hotels around the world and Morley Hayes now sits in my top
10. The A La Carte menu was excellent as was the meal. Highly recommend. Looking forward to going back very soon. - The room was fabulous and dinner was amazing. The staff were excellent

Everything, the staff, surroundings, room, cleanliness, it was a magicalevening - I cant wait to stay again - it was all pretty unbeatable! Iwould most definately recommend the hotel. - a first class hotel - breakfast is included in price which the website says opposite too !! so better value !!!!

I was greeted by 2 lovely friendly receptionists as I arrived 2 hours earlier than my husband. No question was too much trouble to answer, they even helped with our choice of dinner in town. Again, helpful staff at breakfast. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas (nothing tacky, just smart). I would definitely stay there again if in the area.

I loved the suite that we had it was first class, there are so many good points about the Birchover eg the sauna, the wonderful kitchen which is fully equipped eg the slow cooker, the fact that the we had our privacy but if we had needed any help there was always someone just a phone call away,now this what you call a truly unforgettable experie

Very clean, spacious apartment with a sauna being an added attraction. The apartments are in a good location of Derby, with a personal touch that you tend not to find in a chain run hotel! Would we use these apartments again - yes we would!
