Quiet and comfortable, fantastic facilities. - Independence, Breakfast was provided for but not cooked for me which gave me piece and qiete and idependence in the mornings.

very friendly and welcoming. We only stayed one night but would definitely go a gain. Very spacious room with three single beds or one double and one single. En suite shower was modern and clean. Breakfast was substantial. Shared table with other guests. Convenient for dining out, pubs, restaurant with in easy walking distance. -

... τι λέει ο κόσμος » lovely people, very welcoming and helpfull. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble and had a fab sense of humour too !! Rooms clean comfortable and cosy, breakfast very tasty. Owners even gave lift to NEC to save us struggling with parking for the Horse of the Year Show!! Couldn't ask for more !!!

Excellent location for the NEC.
Free parking.
We stayed in room 115 on the 1st floor. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We even had a settee. There were tea & coffee making facilities in the room. There was plenty of space in the bathroom, unlike the tiny cramped ones you usually find.

We like the hotel & appreciate the helpful friendly staff. We would like a more varied food menu in the evening, maybe have steak, salad, fish available. Also maybe boiled eggs available in the morning otherwise breakfast lovely but the croissants were hard, so maybe more varied breads. Best for us is proximity to NEC, good park for walking our dogs & the welcome we always get from Joyce a real treasure for the hotel. Thank u...

We stayed at the White House because we were going to gardeners world live at the NEC which was only minutes away. Carolyn the owner is so helpful. she makes you feel 'home from home'. Breakfast is wonderful, full english highly recommended. we used the b & B for one night, before flying from Birmingham. carolyn kindly let us leave the car there for four day, short taxi ride to the airport. all in all a great place to stay and a great service. many thanks

A very homely, comfortable guest house. The owners, Stan and Jo are very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was delicious, as was the vegetarian spread they did for my son. It is only a 5 minute bus journey to the NEC, so a perfect location if you're going there. I've a short but very pleasant stay at Joe And Stan's. It is cozy and lovely. I received friendly welcoming and the best hospitality. It was a safe place for a lone businesses woman like me. The bed was good and the breakfast was excellent. I surely will go back again next time I'll be in Birmingham. Thank you for making me feel like home.

The owner was extremely efficient and accomodating. She arranged for our taxi that evening and told us all the information we needed. Though our room was quite small, the bathroom had a double walk in shower and the room was very clean. Breakfast was excellent and the house was in a lovely quiet village. I would definately stay again. - The hostess

Julie and her sister were so welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived.
It was very handy for the N.E.C., with a bus stop just round the corner. The railway station has free parking, and is a short drive away, making it easy to get into town or to the exhibition/conference centre and airport.
We would visit again without hesitation..
