There were two aspects of our stay at Chester's Stone Villa Guest
House which I feel are particularly worthy of an especial mention.
Firstly, the genuine warmth and sincerity of the owners'
hospitality. 'They couldn't do enough for us' is a bit of a
cliché, but I found that Dave, Kirsty and Stephen were all very
professional, courteous, friendly,

I went to Chester for a birthday weekend, and was not disappointed.The
hotel had been given excellent reviews, and so that's why we chose
it. We were not disappointed, ... when we arrived both Kirstie and David
welcomed us and were very attentive, fetching our cases, recommending a
beautiful Italian restaurant to us and even booked the restaurant and
taxi. We stayed in Room 5 and was pleasantly surprised, the room and
bathroom were spacious, the bedding was beautiful, the room had fruit in
it,

The staff are excellent, friendly, courteous and treat you as individuals. Very clean with very high standards of service, food, decor and furnishings. It was a lovely place, we requested a ground floor room,(as I use a stick) we were given room 12, the family room, it was a lovely size room, and just off the bar, but nice and quiet.
The breakfast was served in the bright and airy bar. It was a good breakfast and all made fresh.

The hote -
The rooms were very clean and user friendly. They had obviously recently been refurbished as were the bathrooms. The shower was huge - very luxurious. Loved the friendly atmosphere of the pub area downstairs which also included a heated terrace area out the front. Breakfast was good. Free parking on site. Only 10 minute walk into town. Have just returned home after spendig one night in the Crowne Plaza, Chester. This hotel is in an excellent location quite near the main street with shops, bars etc. Also it is beside the bus station which allows you to easily get to Cheshire Oaks outlet park and Chester Zoo. We booked the breakfast (first time for us we usually eat out) because we had a business meeting on the Monday morning.
I would THOROUGHLY recommend this and will more than likely take advantage of these in the future.
Whether you like the "full monty" or just a nice light breakfast - absolutely lovely.

The hotel is central to the city centre. Staff were friendly and helpful, I liked the small but comfortable lobby area, where my daughter and I met a friend for a drink; the bedroom and ensuite bathroom were smart and very comfortable and clean. Breakfast the next morning was well organised and very good. The whole package made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I have since told family and friends that if they ever think of visiting Chester, they must stay in the Premier Inn.

The young male receptionist was the best receptionist I have ever met. He was friendly, helpful delightful to talk too.We arrived exhausted after an eventful day he was the most calming accommodating chap, nothing was too much effort for him.The room was excellent the bottled water and shortcake biscuits went down a treat. ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » served by two people who were so good at their job - We booked a midweek spa break and it was excellent - the room was huge and well appointed, we were spoilt for choice both breakfast and dinner and the food was cooked to perfection, the service couldn't be faulted and the spa treatments much appreciated. We would definately consider a return visit, but for more than one night next time....

The room was very well appointed and catered for all our needs, eg air con, large comfortable bed, plasma screen and very quiet at night. Also a beautiful ensuite. Excellent buffet breakfast and the staff were very efficient and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The staff were the most friendly hotel staff I have ever met. We got lost on the way there and the receptionist stayed on the phone for 20 minutes directing us. I travel a lot for business and pleasure and have never experienced customer service as good as this. The bed was also like sleeping on a cloud.

The service from arrival to departure was outstanding, staff were very friendly, helpful, nothing was too much trouble - we were made to feel really special. The room was spotless, the super king size bed was blissfully comfortable. The hotel is in a very convenient location and easy to find. This was 5-star luxury at a very reasonable rate. -

From the moment we walked into the hotel the staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. The room was very clean and tidy plus spacious which was a bonus. The city centre wasn't that far and was a mere twenty minutes walk ( 2 miles ) Overall our stay in Chester was a fab one and would stay here again. -

Check in was easy and we were given an unexpected upgrade to an executive room overlooking the gardens. This was very comfortable, clean and quiet. We ate in the bar the first day which was good (but some vegetables would have been an added bonus!) When we were departing from the car park we couldn't get out due to an illegally parked car and the hotel staff went out of their way to successfully rectify the problem. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Very central location. We had such a pleasant time and will definately be returning in the near future.
