Very friendly couple! The room was a large family room which was comfortable and spacious for all 4 of us! Modern and clean and was worth the money paid! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone with young kids. The bar was also reasonable priced with snacks for the kids. Breakfast was also good and catered for all our needs. All in was a nice comfortable friendly hotel.

Due to traffic we didn't get to check in until 11, and had to leave early in the morning, very kind lady (didn't get her name) waited for us to arrive, then made sure we got an early breakfast & called us a cab in the morning. The room was just what we needed, tea making facilities, comfy beds, nice hot shower. Excellent value as well. The people running it were great,friendly and very attentive. If you want somewhere to keep your clothes etc while you are out enjoying yourself, then this is the place. Ideal for short stays. I wouldnt hesitate in going back. Lovely room. Nicely decorated. Very clean and comfortable. Great for stay with kids. Nice bar area, pool table. Good breakfast in the morning. Would definitely stay again. Excellent value. The Owners were extremely helpful nothing was too much trouble, very friendly, we felt really comfortable and the food was excellent. Service was great. Would book with them again. Family friendly hotel.bar was cheap.i felt very welcome.deffo book again. Breakfast was nice.had toast.bran flakes.hubby had cooked breakfast.kids helped them selfs to toast etc. Well run place,very welcoming young couple, nice family orientated friendly homely atmosphere. well placed away from the centre but within walking distance of the centre. We got there a little early to check in and I thought they would turn us away like most places but they didn't they couldn't help more. Good location. Breakfast good value. Owner / staff very helpfull. Would stay again. Staff were pleasant enough and we were close to where we wanted to be. Being close to the sea. good value for money. My only dislike was very limited parking spaces which resulted in a parking ticket, not the hotels fault just be wary of this when parking. Nothing we didn't like. Nothing really. Room could have been a bigger, but it was fine for our stay. Needed a new toilet seat.that was all.very happy with our stay.. Lack of parking facilities. The bed was a little soft for me but that's just personal preference. We were basically only in the room first thing in the morning and at night time. Not a lot of space in the rooms. the only problem we found was it was a bit to far from the town. It was a bit far from town and if you didn't have tram or bus passes it would be quite a walk. Breakfast could of been a bit later to give people chance of a lie in etc. We were only there for one night and during this stay there was nothing that we could find fault with. Very small room - but fair for the price. Would struggle to have enough space for belongings if staying for a week but fine if just a 2-3 day break. Noisy toilet!!. Had to take a taxi to see lights, too far to walk with young family. The bathroom was a little on the smnall side. Being woke up at 3am by a crown of drunks getting out of a taxi and shouting. Staying in the hotel opposite. Extractor fan a little noisy from adjacent room. Noisy guests staying at same time. Rooms were a bit small for a family room no room to move. The shower was a bit mouldy and the room was very dated. Bedroom cramped, but it was a late booking. Bedding etc clean but very tired. Parking was a nightmare. Was a bit expensive for what it was - basic but honest. I had paid for the room some weeks ago for £167 but was told to pay again on the day. The lady said that for some reason the payment had not gone through like it usually does BUT I know it had but couldn't prove it. Could you please check this and refund me as I'm sure I paid twice. Also, bar closed early (10pm) and breakfast times were restricted between 8.30 - 9.00. parking is hard , very small breakfast , and very small shower . we had sink in the room ,not in the bathroom, room was hot and I was able to open only small window, so my 8 month baby had sleeping problems.
