Friendly and helpfull staff was nice to be waited on with drinks while me and the missis was using the swimming facility's also the pool opened at 9am and as I'm a early riser it was opened specially for me even earlier that extra mile put in by the staff I would defo stay again cheers guys ;). Friendly beach front hotel with sea views, away from the noisy part of town, ideal for families on a budget looking for a bit of added luxury. The owners are very accommodating of any needs and the food was great.

I would recommend it. every thing the staff was friendly and very welcoming the rooms were spotless the spa and pool were great there is nothing I can complain about I have already book to return. Friendly staff, Brilliant Spa, Cheap to stay and cheap to drink, next to the tram stop to access all of Blackpools prom, Seaviews, Caters to special requests. The staff were fantastic and went out of their way. The rooms were basic , but clean and fully stocked with tea and coffee and soaps , towels etc.. I really liked the fact that the staff and owners made me feel very welcome , and it's the best hotel ave ever stayed at so very well done :). The weekend was brilliant, we can't wait to go back. The wife had a spa treatment. The suite was the best in the hotel with the best views. The Indian couple who had it very nice and friendly couple. I even had a glass of wine with a couple from Birmingham Rose & Thomas. Me and my boyfriend had a lovely time. The staff were grate and made you feel really welcome. We will be sure too stay again. The staff it was in a good place and was clean good facilaties We could pay extra for a late check out was brill. Spa facilities, beachfront location and overall value for money Most of the staff very friendly and helpful. Staff where really friendly. Tram stop was right outside the hotel so it was easy to get to the pleasure beach and anywhere else along the main seafront. The staff were friendly and the hotel was quiet and peaceful. The shower was hot. They have a sauna. Loved the jacuz and the steam is done out well. Breakfast was nice and well organised. The pool and jacuzzi and the staff,particularly the owner. nice refurbished room, pool & steam room good. The view from the room everything really. Pool spa area clean and well presented. Spa b/ fast / welcom. Value for money. i liked the facilities but they were very shabby indeed. the breakfast. Location. Location was on the sea front. Swimming pool and sauna. The location is good. Nothing. Can't think of anything I didn't like if I had to choose something just to be picky on web site it said there was iPod docking stations in the room which wernt did not bother me or my stay just thought I would mention it again cheers guys will defo stay with use again in the future. Refurbishment isn't yet complete. few minor issues raise and resolved by the staff. there was nothing to complain about. The pool only opens at 9am and was closed when we arrived for our 1 nights stay at 6.30pm. We had to leave at 9.30am to collect a hire car, so never got to use the spa facilities ..which was the reason we had booked the hotel. There isn't anything I didn like :) not that I can think off . The only problem was the heat in the breakfast room it was just to hot for my wife to stay and have breakfast xx. Room too hot for me, and window I couldn't open, not tall enough. We had to pay extra for breakfast. Was quite far away from the main pier but the tram was located right outside so cant really complain. would have been better if the check-in was earlier, 3pm I feel is far to late. then check-out at 10am following day. Having to come home. Only criticism me and my partner had was the heating, it was extremely hot in the night, but staff realised this and fixed the problem. Pool and jacuzzi could be warmer. Couldn't regulate the shower easily. Kept going hot and cold. Although the hotel wasn't full we were given one of the rooms that hadn't yet been given a face lift on the second floor. The room was clean but was very dated. We would have like to see one of the rooms that had been decorated. a little disappointed with the room very old fashioned...dated dull.... curtains in this room have to be kept closed...the view is disgusting...full of pigeon mess etc..clean bed was only bonus and facilities and staff. The room needed decoration and refurbishing. There wasn't any toiletries provided in our room. The room décor was very dated and the shower barely had enough room for me to move in. The spa didn't smell good and there wasn't enough lighting in the pool. The Jacuzzi wasn't hot. Very basic 'spa'. The bed was too hard. Room could of done with reprinting. Main pool too cold. The room,it was too hot and noisy.Our window was screwed shut and the radiator couldn't be turned off.We got very little sleep.The bed seemed to be a small double and needed replaced.I think we were in a room which shouldn't have been used as it needs refurbishment. rest of hotel dated and areas in the pool not cleaned regularly. Jacuzzi not warm enough most days, last day of our stay was only day it was warm. pool temperature bit cold also. Just the heating everyone else was warm while I picked up a cold for 109 pound we should of at-least go either some money back for some contribution to something else along the lines. Standard in room cleanliness very poor .. last persons rubbish under beds.. used soap in the bath room .. ceiling tiles badly stained . Paint over bedroom carpet .. fixtures and fitting not good quality..tv didnt work in room .. curtains hanging off. Bedroom needs cleaning very dusty. shower curtain in need of replacement and the area smells of smoke room 201 carpet needs replaceing. No parking available. everything was shabby and in urgent need of modernizing. after using the swimming pool and the other facilities i have had the worst break out of cold sores that i have ever had. the shower would not turn off so we had to put up with the noise all night. the beds were so soft you were very sore when you woke up. the room i paid extra for seaview the windows were mucky and the room was dindgy. Swimming pool freezing. Reading lounge locked all 3days bar never open. Dated decor, disrepair, damp smelling communal areas, no Wi-fi in rooms, rooms very basic for the price charged, no telephone, fridge, iron, hairdryer or safe, shabby decor in rooms, no dining options. Woken by loud banging by staff at 8am. No parking Filthy, the mirror still was marked with 'clean me' from the previous guests. Did not even stay the night in the room, we left and carried on to our next destination. Room was for 2 adults and 2 children but only 1 bed and 1 sofa bed, door handle hanging of, no hot water and very cold , windows had gaps wind blowing in. Would not recommend . There was no heating, no hot water complained to manager who did nothing. There was a awful smell through hall ways. I had to clean tiolet and sink in bathroom they were very dirty. The lift is leaking water and has water running down it you can hear it when lift is going up and down. The rooms are very dated and need a good clean. Not recommended at all its not family friendly. Disgusting Dirty Poor staff Poor customer service Cold. Bedroom facilities did not match website footage. We were extremely disappointed with the hotel. No parking space, dirty, no manager when required,.
