Situated just behind The Mailbox Centre in Birmingham City Centre, Comfort Zone offers stylish apartments featuring a fully equipped kitchen and open-plan living room. A wide range of designer boutique shops, restaurants, pubs and wine bars, as well as leisure facilities can be found at The Mailbox and Cube complex, which is 70 metres away. Free Wi-Fi is featured in each Comfort Zone apartment, and there is a flat-screen TV in the living room. The property overlooks a peaceful garden area and is away from the busy main road. The National Exhibition Centre and Birmingham Airport are both just 30 minutes’ drive from the apartments. The ICC, Birmingham New Street train station and the famous Bull Ring Shopping Centre are approximately 10 minutes’ walk away.

The space and comfort was excellent. The quiet environment was pleasing considering you were close to the centre of Birmingham. It was close enough to lots of local ammenities, bars and restaurants, yet far enough away not to be bothered by them. Would definately book here again. Very welcoming receptionist.Very helpful staff,even lent us a phone charger!Very clean apt and very comfortable.Will book again when in Birmingham.

Unlike other hotels where you feel as though you are in a room, this felt more personal. A good experience.Loved the modern apartment and loved the fact that it had kitchen facilities and utensils. I didnt meet the staff as I arrived late, however I heard there were no problems. (There were two cups missing). for the money couldnt go wrong, nice apartment, flatscreen tv, stereo with ipod dock, and all standard amenities. absolutely spotless apartment, services and facilities not expected or required other than wifi. space and how close it was to main attractions. Not a critism by far, but did not know how to get the sky on using remote and the cutlery was well hidden in the ultra modern kitchen. But as I was not cooking, it did not matter. Was pointed in the right direction though by very helpful and polite staff. This was a curtious call though to say hi,(thank you for that) I just asked when they were there. Only downfall would be that the door to the balcony did not open but this is a minor detail.nothing. Would not like to stay here in a few years as the fittings and build quality was very poor and would not stand up to heavy wear.ya there are some small thing's like some room's have wirelss internet but other's dont and some room's have sky card olso that other's dont but that is not a big thing they will easly give you what ever you ask for. Hot water ran out when the third person used the shower.The directions we got from the staff over the phone were not clear. However, there is a map on the site which we should have printed. I cant remember what the guest reviews about this hotel on your website say so below I clicked yes as im guessing they were all good. Absolutely no complaints from me.In the description on the website it promised an iPod docking station but there wasn't one in the room. Didnt have toiletries - face wash, soap, toothpaste.Wasn't very well signposted. No taxi driver knew it. Difficult to walk across the dining/living room as dining table and coffee table took up all the floor space.Bed was 2 singles pushed together - not very comfortable. The change of location and not being informed before travel. None. The apartment exceeded our expectations. The only comlpaint was that we was put in a room that slept 3 when we asked and paid for a 5 bedded. The next door neighbours were on a stag night so sleep was very limited for 2 nights.It wasn't clear where the appartment would be, as my booking had twodifferent addresses on it and niether were the address I eventuallyended up at. I also had to wait for twenty mintues outside the propertyon arrival to be let in even though I called the office 29 minutesbefore my arrival at the flat that I would be coming. However thegreeter did apoligise for this inconvience. Very minor point - some markings to show where to stop your car when leaving the car park as we stopped too close to the gate.The Sofa bed was very small hard and uncomfortable to sleep on, it was advertised as a double sofa bed. A few of the doors and windows were stiff, this wasnt that much of an issue as it was raining and did not need them open, but just as a future reference the locks on them werent that great. And the door chain was broken so were not able to secure the door in this way.No. the wifi did not work and it was outside a 3g area, so comms became a real pain, otherwise very good.
