We have just come back from a one night stay at the Premier Inn NEC and I could not fault the hotel in any way. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, every one of them. The bar/restaurant area was great and the staff efficient and friendly. Note: It is a little far to walk to the NEC but there are plenty of taxi's and the parking at the NEC, although £8 is very well organised. - The pleasant atmosphere and the very obliging, helpful and welcomingstaff on entering the hotel. Although we didn't have the time to haveour evening meal there (due to our late arrival, caused by delayedtrains etc), we made sure we had the full buffet breakfast , which Imust say was absolutely fabulous!! A quiet drink in the Hotel bar, afterthe show rounded our evening off perfectly

the hotel staff were friendly and provided a brilliant service better than many top class hotels we have stayed at in the UK and Abroad. We were so relaxed after a night stay that we felt hat we had been away for longer. - situated close to NEC and main routes to and from Birmingham, cleanliness of the room and the facilities inside the room. Break

I've stayed in Etap / Ibis hotels before, and this one is by far the best yet. Their reception staff are friendly, professional and efficient. The hotel is immaculate - my room was faultless, comfortable, and had the cleanest ensuite facilities I have ever experienced. Bed comfort was very good, and external noise levels non-existent.

Great eating facilities on the door step, and cheap park -
The room was clean and tidy with everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful with directions and information about restaurants. Location was excellent for the nec and the airport is only about 100m away. Also ideal for shopping in Birmingham which is only 10mins away by train. Although there's no bar there is a bar next door in the ibis hotel. And to top it off the price was excellent

This has new management and they are doing a good job, the facility is not the best but certainly not the worst. There is a lot of refurbishment to be done in all areas but it is clean, quiet and fantastic value for money. The breakfast was better than a four star hotel I stayed in and the staff were both pleasant and very helpful. Plenty of pa

Everything was catered for and the staff / owners were extremeley nice and hospitable. There was a wedding night occuring during our arrival, but all was good and al was peacful at a time that didn't affect our stay. we would stay again if we were in the area. Not the best for the price we paid, but certainly good value.
