Very new and very clean.
Only 3 bedrooms so not noisy.
Natalie, our host was very friendly, very helpful and didn't mind us being lazy and not speaking French. Sorry Natalie, will try harder next time!

We were made very welcome by the owner who went out of her way to
be helpful.
The rooms are very comfortable and a special mention must go to the shower, which is the best I have ever used!
Breakfast was lovely with local, home-made jams etc.
It is in a lovely area and we enjoyed the one night we spent there whilst travelling through Switzerland.

A jewel in the mountains: quiet, very comfortable, small (3-4 big rooms)
and out of the way. The owners (he cooks, she handles the
accommodations) are friendly and helpful. The dinig experience is
extraordinary, a gourmet French chef who prepares 2-3 set menus - a
great change from mountain fare. Even if you are staying somewhere else,
do yourself

We are a young professional couple from Brazil & Sweden and we have traveled and stayed at top hotels all over the world and are used to a certain standard. This was our first time in Geneva but this apt/hotel was above our expectations. Ultra modern and clean, very spacious and plenty of comfort. We felt at home right away. The Spa! The view and the friendliness and attentivness of the staff. Checked in alone for a spa day and a movie night with dinner in my room and the movies did not work and there was no technician. Very disappointing!! - Service and staff. Design of the hotel was superb.

The staff were amazing specially kevin on the reception. The guy went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay at the richmond from the fruits, dates and nutts to going up to the room to make sure everything is up to the standard we expect from the richmond. AMAZING would definitely stay there again just for the great service. -
