Η γαλλικού στιλ μπρασερί του Ameron Flora όπου κυριαρχούν το απαλό κόκκινο και το ιβουάρ χρώμα σερβίρει πλούσιο μπουφέ πρωινού από τις 06:30 τις καθημερινές και από τις 07:30 τα Σαββατοκύριακα. Το πρωινό περιλαμβάνει φρεσκοψημένα κρουασάν, ομελέτα, μπέικον, λουκάνικα και διάφορα φρέσκα ρολά και ψωμάκια. Εκτός από αυτά, μπορείτε να απολαύσετε ιταλικές σπεσιαλιτέ καφέ, δημητριακά, τυριά και αλλαντικά. Τις Κυριακές το πρωινό είναι διαθέσιμο μέχρι τις 14:00. Το μενού του Brasserie Flora ανανεώνεται τακτικά και περιλαμβάνει ποικιλία ορεκτικών, φρεσκοψημένο ψωμί, πίτσα και διάφορα καινοτόμα ιταλικά και ελβετικά πιάτα.

I think the presence of a night club next door is a negative, we were woken at around 4:30am with lots of noise and Breakfast on Sunday at 8 ish was dominated by the incessant boom of what we thought was the music from below.a bit too old, need to fresh up.Despite booking a "superior double room" on the 19 April for a stay in July we were presented with a single room (single headboard, single duvet, one pillow, one glass, one towel....) which staff insisted was a double. No other rooms were available and they made the room up as a double. I assume this is normal during busy periods.A bit noisy from local pubs on friday nights, beware.... We were rather surprised to be informed by the staff on arrival on first day about a make shift arrangement for the first night into another similar hotel , but without air conditioning...and may be if i could add that it is a bit overpriced for the facilities...no in-room internet connection. The housekeeping is very bad! The sheets weren't clean and I had to ask in order for them to be changed! It was full of dust under the bed meaning that when cleaning the room the housekeeper didnt clean well!. NOT FREE WIFI. it is not really 4 stars, shuld be 3. I was asked to pay at arrival the full cost of my stay. I asked why and was told this is the policy of the new management. This should be stated as a condition when booking.I did not consider the room of adaquate standard for a 'superior' room by useual 4* rating.facilities, privacy of room. very rude staff in the reception. It was not value for money - the room was tiny the staff did not have much knowledge of the city or services offered. Their website and hotel staff kept on repeating the fact that the hotel had just been rennovated - when in fact some of the services advertised were not up and running - very misleading. Room were too small. Hotel staff was trying to find way out fortheir mistakes. A couple of ravellers need more space. Quality of dinner is not very good.the rooms. the beds are terrible.The service of the staff was the worst. They were so unkind and aggressive. Compared with another hotel where I stayed, it was terrible. For instance, I woke up in the middle of night because the room was really cold. When I called to one of the staffs to request to do something for me and the response was that just it is October so I have to stand it. I just became speechless. I'll never go back.Extremely bad. The air-condition wasn’t working… and staff were coveringthis by lying!! One of the receptionist said this is the Europeanstandard. What? The room was so unclean and so small! The worst hotel Ihave ever been.
