This hostel is set on a boat, a few minutes’ walk from Stockholm’s Old Town and the Slussen Locks. It provides simple cabin accommodation, free Wi-Fi and traditional Swedish cuisine. Gustaf af Klint’s cabins have a desk and shared toilets and showers. Some offer views of Saltsjön Bay. The à la carte restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. During warmer months, guests can enjoy their meals out on the deck. Bookable laundry facilities are available on site. Slussen Metro Station is 250 metres from Gustaf af Klint Hostel, while the Royal Palace is less than a 10-minute walk away. Just around the corner is the vibrant district of Södermalm, which has many shops, restaurants and bars.

price and location. in fact, it is a dormitory - a place where you will only sleep, for an acceptable value of money. it is located in a very good place near the city center. the way from the hotel to the central station took only 20 minutes. metro is nearby. Gamla Stan is in few minutes walking across the bridge. This is a good option for cheap accom in very expensive Stockholm. Rooms are small as you would expect but the beds were comfy enough for me. Probably not if you are a larger person (I'm short). Remember to bring sheets or pay a fortune to hire.

Very close to Slussen underground station, Gamla Stan (old town) is just one stop away and the city center (T-Cenralen) is just two stops away. Staff was really very helpful and friendly. Great location - just over a strait to old town and tremendous view from windows! Tasteful and rich breakfast. And all the conception - hostel on the boat is wonderful. Definitely like it. Perfect location near the Old town and Fotografiska. It's an amazing to stay there just for one-two night, It's so small rooms like on bots so you have to know it in advance. The showers had no heat adjustment and the light was automatic and went off while I was finishing my shower! Not a great setup for privacy. Some rooms are very, very small so if you want to spend a decent amount of time in your room then opt for larger options. The shared toilets are not the best. With my 192 I had to watch the headroom, but then again, its a boat and not a luxury ship. The floor was cold (it was minus ten outside). In the bathroom - showers cabins and toilet together in same room, not comfortable for shy persons. Stayed in hostel, too much $$ for the cramped space, had to pay for linens, with the cramped size, it should be free. Some guests were super very loud and set off fire alarm from smoking. Some of europe needs to learn some cultural sensitivity and not be so damn loud! When travelling at least. Haa!. Wifi is not available in rooms. Staff member a little abrupt, but perhaps that was just that day. the lack of a kitchen and the very tiny cabin. It's is not for everyone....very basic accommodations. Quiet expensive (as all in Stockholm). Very wet air in rooms. The reception desk is small (1 person), and is also the bar, which when I checked in had a queue of about 30 people, so I waited A LONG TIME... The bunk beds are very small, but this is to be expected on such an old boat. I wont stay here again. room is too small if 4 people live in it. Very little space. Payment for linen, deposit for key. Paying for the bed-linen. The internet didn't work at room. no kitchen timer in the showe for the light doesnt last very long - if you take w hile you end up showering the dark. The facilities are old and the beds small. Obviously, the cabins are very small too. If you don't have too much baggage (only a backpack) it's ok, otherwise, there are no room enough for you and yours belongings. Very basic, very small rooms. Wi-fi worked poorly, uncomfortable beds, dust. The large cabin (featuring several separate sleeping areas with 24 bunk beds in total) is quite deteriorated. It'd be a good idea to have a chair for each guest where to put e.g. toiletries. The beds were a bit too hard and the matresses thin. Upon arrival you have to pay extra for sheets and towels and breaskfast (just include that in the booking price, seemed a bit scamey because when booking it looked cheapish but after paying for extras was similar price to other cheap hotels) Bunk beds in room, mattresses (foam on wood) were uncomfortable. No wireless internet in rooms and common area internet was poor. very poor facilities. Noise (room close to common bathroom). Bad smell in the lower deck and cabins there. The rooms are too tiny and it s not easy to climb to the castle bed up. No fresh air in the room (no open-able windows). The lady at the front desk was very rude. far away from the station. very small cabin. just a few toilet... too much small rooms without bathroom. Very cramped- pretty much no room for bags. Very little security- no locks on the dorm room and it was connected directly to the pub part. Showers are kind of communal- see-through curtains and no doors. Cabin is too small. Receptionists' behaviors are cooler to the guests more than necessary. The dorm room was horrible. The bunks were old, rickety and uncomfortable and the room smelt awful. very small cabins madrases thin and disgusting expensive to hire bed linen and towels for 4 people. It's a very run down ship-turned-to-hotel, it's very difficult to sleep as the cabin walls are so thin and a lot of children run around the place, it's right next to a few cruise docks which makes it moving all the time so you kind of get motion sickness. The whole place has an unpleasant smell.
