  I stayed in room 219.It was clean and smelled clean. Generous sized room. Comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet offered a broad range of healthy breakfast choices.Location was good. Tram into city center is just a few min walk away and takes only 15min. The Vasa Museum and the Nordisk Museum sa well sa Scancen are very close. You can take the Hop on Hop off bus to see the central Stockholm - the bus stop is not far from the hotel. The breakfast is good, the staff is polite. The hotel is very small.

  We were celebrating a 60th birthday, so wished to have a hotel near the centre, which was comfortable and if required use of the restaurant. We found the hotel to exceed our expectations for location, near to the ferry station or a short walk along the coastline to the City centre.   Stockholm is expensive, this hotel is relatively affordable. Don't expect a very fancy hotel. It is situated in an appartment block and you need a key code to enter the hotel. Once inside, there is no staff to be found but an enveloppe with your name on it with the key. The room I had was for a single person and was ok. Our room was behind the reception and next to the breakfast room, but no noise whatsoever was heard. Nice bars and restaurants nearby. Next time in Stockholm we'll choose Pärlan again.

  I was so impressed by every single services in this hotel. Even though I often stay in five-star hotels in Scandinavia, there are not worth pay for the price compare to this hotel. They upgraded my room without asking, and amazing thing was having very friendly and helpful staff with high professional attitude. The price is rather high - The hotel's location is perfect in the middle of everything with a fantastic view on the Royal Palace. The staff is very friendly - beyond even what one would expect in a hotel of that class. Tip: Instead of the buffet breakfast (and if you don't have the breakfast included in your package) eat a la carte in the bar with the view on the Palace - breath-taking!
