Very friendly personnel. The room was exceptionally clean, absolutely amazing! Though the hotel resides in the ground floor, the room had really good ventilation, the air was always fresh, even with closed windows. The hotel is cozy, small and clean. The triple room is small and comfortable. The breakfast is good and the neighborhood is nice. It takes about 20min by foot to go to the awesome Old Town.

I appreciated verything ! I didn't try the shared bathroom but only
the toilets since I slept my two first nights (3 nights in total) in a
double-bed room, but absolutely everything was wonderful :
- comfortable quite big beds with strong woody frames (no noise)
- easy key system with card or magnetic "plastic coin"
- big case for valuable belongi

The kitchen is a very nice addition to the stay at Skanstulls. Since
food is so expensive in Stockholm, the kitchen gives a nice break to buy
food and cook it. There are 2 grocery stores across the street too,
In the hostel is a lot of tourist info which was really nice.
I had a late check in that I forgot to mention and I almost wasn't able to get into the hostel. I caught the staff member at the last minute as she was leaving and she was so kind about my mistake. She was a very helpful girl

I had a single room with an openable window facing a narrow old town street and one of the walls revealing historic building bricks. Cozy and simple.

This place felt so much like home from the very first moment I arrive with my sister. It was very clean and for the money you spend you do not expect that. Location is great. I did not need to take any means of transport since many attractions(Royal Palace, Diugarden, Fotografiska museum) are in walking distance of maximum 30'. Great location, very close to the subway , one stop to the central station. Friendly staff, very nice breakfast, no time limitation, just have it whenever you wake up. Friendly and helpful staff. Free wifi and the connection was quite good. -
