The staff were very friendly and more than happy topoint us in the right direction and give us tips in where to go. The hotel was very cosy and had a lovely homely feel. It was also very clean and our en-suite was very modern with a lovely warm shower. The location of the hotel is excellent as it is on a quieter part of the main shopping street

The location is off the hook. Just behind Sergerls Torg. The organic
breakfest was good and big, there was also something to eat for people
who can't eat normal bread/milk (lactose-free, glutein free) and

The location, only 5-10minutes walk to the royral palace, and to hop on, hop off boat, walking distance to the old town, quiet area, nice staff, room space (double) is quite big, compared with other hotel. if you just want to go to the Skansen park, Vasa, old town, city hall and royral palace, then you don't need to buy the ticket for train, just hop on hop off boat is enough!

This is a really nice hotel and one of the best I have stayed in. As others have said it is centrally situated and right across the road from the Arlanda express. I truly enjoyed my stay at the Scandic Grand Central Hotel. Great location, very clean room and bathroom, very friendly and helpful staff and good breakfast. The hotel is located almost in the center, near Central station. 2 minutes walk to Arlando airport express station.
In the lobby there is a special place with table to work with laptops, there is also a free access to internet from a common working place - desktop PC.
Breakfast is very good, except for constant queue for hot milk (it is available from a single, very slow machine).

Everything: great location, excellent staff. E.g. while having a breakfast you are told: "If the coffee latte is not strong enough, just tell me, and I will prepare you a new one"! - Style and value in a fabulous location. The staff were terrific and I liked the boutique hotel feel!

Great location,very friendly,it's expensive but everywhere in Stockholmis so you might as well get the bang for your buck. It'sa verycontemporary and fits in with the Swedish life style. Will definatelystay again when the dolllar gets better as the kroner is foreveraccording to the natives - Easy access to the T
