Pension Alameda is family owned. The whole family is very willing to
help. Some have limited English. The room is clean. As other have
commented it is a bit noisy. But then you are based at the square which
is full of life in the weekends. It didn't disturb me, but I imagine
it might be a but noisier in the high season. Good value for money. Some

This place is located at Alameda de Hercules which is one of the most post popular places in Sevilla. If you like walking you can easily start your city tour from this place. You can easily reach to the river side and continue to your walk throughout the river. Or you may go from the inside of the city and see the city life.
There are good restaurants, cafes, bars&pubs around the place. You can come to the place by bus from the train station. If you get the bus 33 it only takes 15 minutes w

The Hotel was a beautiful old building that was renovated. It was quiet and comfortable, the location was excellent - The Cathedral was 30 seconds away. - Excellent and very helpful staff, charming building, very centrally located.

Although she does not speak English the lady at the reception was extremely helpful. Convenient parking for a modest price, city center in walking distance. Good value for money. -

the rooms were very nice and the service was excellent. - It's really closed to the city center (15 minutes by feet from Giralda). Quiet zone, safety by day and also by night. Free wifi internet connection. There's a small street in front of the hostal where you can park for free (if you are lucky ... max 5 cars). Recommended.

Over all, we were glad we chose the hotel, especially because it has a great location: Close to the cathedral and Alcazar and restaurants, and still in a quiet street. We got a room in the 3rd floor, the top floor. Maybe that is why we didn't hear any noise from any of the other rooms. It was clean in the room and in the bathroom. Plus with elevator.

Great location for shops and the old town. The hostal reception is lovely, though the rooms are a bit more basic and clean. If you drive there is no parking apart from in il cort ingles which will set you back 18 euros for 24hrs so add this to your price. Not my first tript to the Bienvenido and it will not be my last. It is very central, very clean and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They accomodated all my requests with a smile :-) I can thoroughly recommend the Bienvenido - a great and comfortable place to stay right in the middle of Seville! -
