  Pension Alameda is family owned. The whole family is very willing to help. Some have limited English. The room is clean. As other have commented it is a bit noisy. But then you are based at the square which is full of life in the weekends. It didn't disturb me, but I imagine it might be a but noisier in the high season. Good value for money. Nice little streets - This place is located at Alameda de Hercules which is one of the most post popular places in Sevilla. If you like walking you can easily start your city tour from this place. You can easily reach to the river side and continue to your walk throughout the river. Or you may go from the inside of the city and see the city life.   It is hard to know where to start. We had a hire car and the hotel notified us we could use, at a price,some parking nearby. First this was fantastic advice and next we arrived and we cannot express our delight, gratitude and pleasure with the kindness and comfort we received. It was a pleasure and privilege to stay with them, we liked the housekeeper reception staff and all whom we - Over all, we were glad we chose the hotel, especially because it has a great location: Close to the cathedral and Alcazar and restaurants, and still in a quiet street. We got a room in the 3rd floor, the top floor. Maybe that is why we didn't hear any noise from any of the other rooms. It was clean in the room and in the bathroom. Plus with elevator.

If you drive there is no parking apart from in il cort ingles which will set you back 18 euros for 24hrs so add this to your price.
