  Good location family run guest house. If you do not want to hear street noises ask for a room at the back. I would not recommend that you take the breakfast as it is not in the same block, it does not open till 10 or 10.30am and it is not worth the value for the money you pay - Euro 4.for a coffee and a toast.   The location of the hotel - I was travelling with a suitcase and the hotel is literally just around the corner from a metro stop. The staff were very helpful - very centrally located for main attractions. - Amazing location, friendly staff who provided any assistance required regarding directions etc. Basic but comfortable room.

  Very good located. Near of public transportation (Callao metro station). Near to the moust important sightseeings.   I liked that this hostel is located straight in the very heart of Madrid, it is not very expensive, the scinery out of the window is very beautifull on the buildings of the city, personally I like it. The rooms are cleaned every day, the stuff is very friendly .There is a central heating and it was warm in february. You can buy water inside.   The hostal is great: the location, the room, the price, everything. I would really recommend it. The only problem is the fact the there is no elevator access to the 4th floor (even though the rooms in such floor are the newest and, consequently, the best ones).   The room was very nice and beautiful, nicely decorated, probably recently renovated. The lady who owned the establishment was very nice talkative and willing to help.
